Supervisor Again Extends State Of Emergency In Town Of Southampton

In accordance with Governor Andrew Cuomo’s extension of the PAUSE Act until May 15, 2020, Supervisor Jay Schneiderman has signed Emergency Order #5, extending a State of Emergency for the Town of Southampton.

This order is in effect as of 4:30 p.m. on April 29, 2020 through May 15, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

 A copy of Emergency Order # 5 is attached.
