The mission of SEA-TV is to provide education and government access television programming of interest to the residents of the Town of Southampton. In addition, we provide programming of interest to the community of arts and cultural events. SEA-TVprovides 24 hour per day, 7 days per week broadcasts on Channel 22.

All of this programming is either provided by educational institutions and local / state governments, or are recorded by SEA-TV for the benefit of the community. Education and government agencies can also sponsor programs that SEA-TV will record. Arts and cultural programs are recorded at the discretion of the Executive Director of SEA-TV.

SEA-TV also provides a signal for video streaming of our programming on the Town of Southampton website 24 hours per day and executes the recording of Town Board meetings for the Town Clerks web portal.

Other than for opening and closing credits, SEA-TV airs all meetings unedited in their entirety.
