Liquor Licenses
Pursuant to New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, notification must be provided to the Town Clerk upon the filing of an application for a Liquor License with the NYS Liquor Authority. A letter, sent certified mail and addressed to the Town Clerk must also be forwarded upon notification of the renewal of an existing liquor license.
