TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Southampton Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for qualified contracts for snow removal and salting for the periods of November 15, 2022 to November 14, 2023.
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES
Hampton Bays Apartments, 57 Springville Road,
Hampton Bays, NY 11946
Bids will be accepted and recorded by receipt until 3p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the office of The Town of Southampton Housing Authority, 57 Springville Road Unit 34A, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. All bids shall be sealed and labeled as follows:
SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT 2022-2023
SERVICES: Plowing roadways, entrances, exits; plowing parking lot lanes; clearing sidewalks/walkways/decks/steps/stoops; salting roadways, entrances and exits; salting parking lot lanes; salting sidewalks/walkways/decks/steps/stoops; inspecting property and treating ground areas (parking lots, sidewalks, etc.) for re-freezing due to changing temperatures and/or conditions.
