The Edith Windsor Heart Project is a heart shaped memorial tribute to Edie Windsor composed of 261 smaller interlocking hearts, each with a personalized engraving. The platform will be used to conduct civil marriage ceremonies.

Engraved hearts may be ordered using this form below. Heart engravings must conform to the template. There are four lines in which text may appear and each line has a limited number of characters as indicated on the template. All letters will be capitalized and each line will be centered. Spaces between count as characters.

All monies raised will go toward the construction and maintenance of the Edith Windsor Heart. Additional proceeds will be used to support The Edith Windsor Health Clinic, at Stony Brook Southampton.
