On March 15, 2023 Southampton Town Police Department promoted three Department members: Lt. Howard Kalb was promoted to Captain; Sgt. Joseph D’Arce was promoted to Lieutenant; and Police Officer Nicholas Badagliacca was promoted to Sergeant. Congratulations to all those promoted!
