Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Southampton Town Board will not be meeting in-person.  In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1, the Tuesday, April 28, 2020, Town Board meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date.  The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments. 

The public can watch the live meeting online from the Sea-TV Southampton page via YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbyjAdSIIqNUhrT5TY7NXNQ, or through the Zoom App.  If any interested members of the public would like to provide comments on a scheduled public hearing, comments can be called in during the meeting to 1-646-558-8656, Meeting ID: 848 4748 4935, Password: 866979.  Comments on a scheduled public hearing, or any matter that would otherwise be discussed during public portion, can also be provided via email up until one hour before the start of the meeting to the Town Clerk at townclerk@southamptontownny.gov.  Please check the meeting agenda posted on the Town Clerk’s website for further information regarding the items to be considered by the Town Board.

Instructions to Access the Virtual Meeting via Zoom:  If you have a computer, tablet, or smart phone, you can register, log in, and see the video and hear the audio of the live session. You can access the Zoom meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84847484935?pwd=Y3dtSU9DTjBTdlQ1a1BKS21mcGxLZz09 by clicking on “Join a Meeting,” and entering Meeting ID: 848 4748 4935, Password: 866979.

You can also call into the Zoom meeting at 1-646-558-8656. 

On the afternoon of April 28, 2020, approximately five minutes prior to 1:00 p.m., log in with your computer, smart phone, or telephone.  You will then be placed on hold until the meeting starts.
