Town Hall building capacity and department capacity will remain in effect as Town Hall enters Phase 2 of its reopening process. Face coverings and social distancing will continue to be required for all visitors to Town Hall. In order to maintain these safety precautions for both employees and the public, visitors can expect to queue outside of Town Hall and will be admitted into Town Hall as building capacity limits allow.
Appointments will no longer be required at Southampton Town Hall beginning Monday, July 6TH. The building will be open to the public between 9am and 4pm. Face coverings will be required at all times in the building and visitors should maintain 6 feet social distance. Town departments will also accommodate conference calls, if business can be effectively conducted in that way.
Call in information for making arrangements for a conference call can be found on the Town website www.southamptontownny.gov .
- Mail and document drop off will remain available at Town Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The public may experience a queuing line outside the building and some delays entering due to safe, social distancing limits placed on spaces within the building. Social distancing markers have been placed both inside and outside Town Hall.
- The Town’s community centers remain closed although food services to seniors have continued throughout the pandemic related closure.
