Pursuant to Emergency Order #21 of the Town of Southampton (attached), the Tuesday, November 24, 2020, Town Board meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. virtually. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live, either via Channel 22, on the Town Clerk’s Portal, or via YouTube or Zoom.

The public can watch the live meeting online from the Sea-TV Southampton page via YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbyjAdSIIqNUhrT5TY7NXNQ.
The meeting is also accessible via the Zoom App. If any interested members of the public would like to provide comments on a scheduled public hearing, comments can be called in during the meeting to 1-929-205-6099, Meeting ID: 814 4692 7105, Passcode: 122499. Comments on a scheduled public hearing, or any matter that would otherwise be discussed during public portion, can also be provided via email up until one hour before the start of the meeting to the Town Clerk at townclerk@southamptontownny.gov. Please check the meeting agenda posted on the Town Clerk’s website for further information regarding the items to be considered by the Town Board.

On the evening of November 24, 2020, approximately five minutes prior to 6:00 p.m., log in with your computer, smart phone, or telephone. You will then be placed on hold until the meeting starts.
This order is in effect as of 12:00 a.m. on November 23, 2020 through November 27, 2020 at 11:59 p.m., and may be renewed thereafter if deemed necessary and appropriate.
