Affordable Units

Your name has been identified on the Town of Southampton’s Housing Registry List as someone who is interested in purchasing an Affordable Housing Unit within a 55 and older community.


We currently have 4 such units available which are outlined below. In order to qualify you must meet the following annual income limits for a family of 2 persons:
     Units reserved for Moderate Income: $93,700
     Units reserved for Middle Income: $140,550
