Recreational Cornhole League

Come join us on Thursday evenings for our Indoor Recreational Cornhole League. It is an 6 week league with 9 games per night. Games played to 21 points. Each team is allowed 2 players with 1 alternate. Registration is per team. Please list individual names in the note section.

A great cardio session using aerobic intervals to get your heart pumping, then alternating with sculpting exercises to burn calories, tone muscles, and build strength. Please wear sneakers. All Levels Welcome. Please bring your mat, water and towel.

This class will incorporate a variety of strength and conditioning exercises using hand weights and mainly our own body weight. Designed to tighten and strengthen the core area and improve balance and flexibility. Participants need to bring their own mat, and water; sneakers are required. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Tai Chi

Discover this ancient art of well being. Easy to follow movements combine breath and
intention to create a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Balance internal energy to enjoy a
life of vitality and pro aging. Learn poetic sequences that improve balance, strength and
flexibility. Science based research has proven this practice to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, increase range of motion, improve coordination and concentration. This is an 6 week class. If we can practice going with the natural flow around us we can achieve harmony in our lives. This class is designed to welcome beginners as well as practiced students. It is a combination of Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. Trained at the Omega Institute, and founder of East End Tai Chi, Denise Gillies has been teaching for
over 12 years on the East End of Long Island.
