Park Attendant - $17/hr. Start Immediately!- Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive
- Performs routine custodial tasks
- Performs routine groundskeeping work including raking, weeding and picking up litter
- Collects fees and keeps records
Assistant Beach Managers – Salary negotiable based on experience- Oversee the operations and staff related to the sale of beach parking permits
- Possess good public relations skills
- Ability to supervise beach employees in a manner that promotes productivity and high morale
- Capable of understanding, explaining, and enforcing town policies
- Able to process and account for fees collected at the facility
- Maintains the cleanliness of beach parking, restroom, and other areas
Assistant Beach Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Either: a) Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two (2) seasons of experience in the management or operation of a beach, pool, park facility or summer camp; OR, (b) Two (2) seasons of experience as a Beach Attendant NOTE: Additional education beyond high school from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State may be substituted for the above experience on a year-to-year basis, where one (1) year of college equals one (1) season.
Beach Attendant - $15/hr.- Must be at least 16 years old

Summer Fun Camp Recreation Leader and Asst. Recreation Leaders – Salary negotiable based on experience- Must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, capable of supervising staff and large groups of individuals in camp programs, and enjoy working with young children;
- Organize and direct a variety of recreational activities for ages K-6 grade; encourages participation in these activities;
- Instructs the participants in the various recreational activities;
- Enforces safety rules and regulations at a recreation facility; administers first aid when necessary;
- Issues and cares for equipment, materials and supplies;
- Keeps records and makes periodic reports.
Recreation Leader MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Either: - Possession of a teaching certificate (elementary or high school) recognized by the New York State Department of education; OR,
- Graduation from a college with federally-authorized accreditation or registration by NY State with an Associate's Degree in Recreation and/or Physical Education; OR,
- Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, and two (2) years of experience conducting group recreational activities; OR,
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of a), b) and c).
Candidates may be required to complete a basic Red Cross first-aid course or its equivalent. Assistant Recreation Leader MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
