I live on a private road that is not paved. How do I get it paved?
The Town has a legal process for taking a private road into the Town Highway system. This is known as Town Law 200. Information on this can be obtained through the Town Engineer’s Office. The Town Transportation Office is also working with the Town Transportation Commission to develop other possible solutions to this concern. For more information on these plans, contact the Transportation Office directly.
