When will I receive my tax bill and when is it due?
Each year, tax bills are mailed by December 15 of each year. Half of the amount is due by January 10 and the second half by May 31. They can be paid in-person, online, or by mail if the postmark is made on the due date or prior. If you pay your taxes directly, rather than through your mortgage, we try to mail a reminder notice to those property owners in early May.
