New homeowners must provide a copy of their tax bill, deed (less than 6 months). or closing papers. As long as the first and last names match on the registration to one of these documents, you will be fine.

Yes. A copy of the vehicle rental agreement will be required.
Yes. Summer renters must provide a copy of their vehicle registration along with a Southampton Town lease agreement accompanied with an approved valid rental permit by Southampton Town. The name on the lease agreement must match the name on the vehicle registration.
