There is no limit. You pay per vehicle. Only vehicles registered to homeowners on the tax bill are entitled to purchase residential beach permits.

New homeowners must provide a copy of their tax bill, deed (less than 6 months). or closing papers. As long as the first and last names match on the registration to one of these documents, you will be fine.

Beach permits are for parking purpose only. Anyone can get dropped off, ride their bicycle or walk on to the beach at no charge. The beach is free.
