Hustle for the Muscle

The Southampton Youth Bureau will be sponsoring “Hustle for the Muscle” on Wednesdays (October 26th – December 14th) from 4:00pm – 5:30pm at the Flanders Youth Center, 655 Flanders Road. This free program will teach students in grades K – 3 about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, nutrition, personal hygiene, and mental self-care.
