The Town of Southampton is celebrating Pride Month and paying tribute to the Edith Windsor Heart Project Memorial. In Southampton, we honor the significant contributions Edith "Edie" Windsor made to LGBTQ+ rights with the Edith Windsor Heart Project. Right in front of Southampton Town Hall, a stunning heart is created using 220 smaller interlocking hearts. This wonderful area is also used for civil marriage ceremonies. All monies raised will go toward the construction and maintenance of the Edith Windsor Heart. Additional proceeds will be used to support The Edith Windsor Health Clinic, at Stony Brook Southampton.
